Annual Banquet - January Join us for great food, lots of door prizes and an entertaining program, which includes our annual fish and game trophy awards for members. Get your tickets early; we normally have a packed house with over 300 in attendance. To see the Trophy Award Rules for Game and Fish go to Trophy Rules.

Junior Rifle Program - January - March Our indoor kids shooting program (ages 8 - 18) focuses on safety and marksmanship. Kids must have eye and ear protection and provide their own .22 rifle. We average 60 - 80 participants each year.

Firearms Safety and Personal Protection Classes Run various times thru out the year and taught by Qualified instructors. See the events page for details, dates and contacts.

Night at the Races March & Trout Stocking - April Try your luck on the ponies. This is the major fundraiser for our trout program.

Bass Tournament - July Team tournament with a full field of 49 boats at Marsh Creek Lake. Prizes for top six places by total weight and also a single lunker award. All fish are released alive back into the lake. Refreshments, door prizes and awards at the clubhouse following the tournament.

Stag Picnic - August Steaks, corn and more. Our real old fashion outdoor cook out, including the annual horseshoe tournament.

Gun and Cash Raffle - September Only 1,000 tickets sold! Over $10,000 in various prizes. Top quality firearms only. Other merchandise may be included in the raffle in any given year at the club's discretion.

Turkey Fair - November An evening for socializing with old friends as this is one of our best attended events. Upwards of 125 turkeys awarded. Door prizes.

Scholarship Award - Annually The club provides a $1,000 annual scholarship to the Coatesville Area School District which is awarded to a student who will be studying conservation, wildlife management, or other outdoor related fields.
